OK, so we definitely need to solve this: when a listing is submitted, Google reviews never show up. We can only add ratings manually when publishing it as an admin.

When a listing pulled from the Importer is claimed by someone, that listing turns into a draft, then we publish it manually, and Google reviews disappear. From the business owner's perspective, listing is more attractive under admin's wings (with reviews and other manual add-ons).
