Deleted listing labels still showing assigned to individual listings. Also deleted listing labels still appearing in menus.

I selected a business (my own) to use to test the email sequence to see what a potential client will receive to get started. I selected the initial outreach workflow. What I got was the warmup email. How did that happen?

during testing of directory, I attempted to claim a listing by creating an account. When I got to the "Create account" page, the error was at the bottom and I could not proceed. This error was detected on both firefox and chrome.
