workflow has been deleted. It was a remnant of a previous version of the snapshot, and was firing unexpectedly.How To Apply This Update
If you've already imported the Voice/Conversational AI snapshot, the easiest way to apply this update is to disable or delete the
Reply To Email - Outbound Call
workflow in your account:- Login to your HighLevel account, go to your SmartDirectoryAI sub-account, and navigate to the Automationoption in the left-hand menu.
- Under the Workflowstab, open theConversational AIfolder.
- Locate the Reply To Email - Outbound Callworkflow. Click the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
- Click Draft workflowto unpublish/disable the workflow. Or, clickDelete workflowto delete it altogether.
Why This Matters
This is a small update, but it's necessary to prevent the
Reply To Email - Outbound Call
workflow from firing unexpectedly. Again, this update only applies if you've imported the Voice/Conversational AI snapshot, which is separate from the main SmartDirectoryAI snapshot.new

Hover Color Menu Text
I have added a new input field on the agency side to control the menu text hover color. Previously, the hover color was being applied from an unclear or undefined source, which made it difficult to manage and customize.
This has now been resolved by introducing a dedicated setting for hover color, giving full control and transparency.
Additional improvements:
- Removed dependency on unknown/default hover color sources
- Enabled easy customization of hover color from the interface
I have fixed the submenu navigation issue. Previously, when hovering over the menu, the submenu would disappear before the user could click on it. This caused a poor user experience and made navigation difficult.
I have now resolved this by improving the hover behavior, ensuring the submenu remains visible long enough for users to interact with it smoothly. The navigation is now more stable and user-friendly.
