We've made an update to the Voice AI snapshot.
Note
: This does NOT affect the main SmartDirectoryAI snapshot. This only applies to users who have imported the separate Voice/Conversational AI Agent snapshot.
What Changed
The
Reply To Email - Outbound Call
workflow has been deleted. It was a remnant of a previous version of the snapshot, and was firing unexpectedly.
How To Apply This Update
If you've already imported the Voice/Conversational AI snapshot, the easiest way to apply this update is to disable or delete the
Reply To Email - Outbound Call
workflow in your account:
  1. Login to your HighLevel account, go to your SmartDirectoryAI sub-account, and navigate to the
    Automation
    option in the left-hand menu.
  2. Under the
    Workflows
    tab, open the
    Conversational AI
    folder.
  3. Locate the
    Reply To Email - Outbound Call
    workflow. Click the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
  4. Click
    Draft workflow
    to unpublish/disable the workflow. Or, click
    Delete workflow
    to delete it altogether.
Why This Matters
This is a small update, but it's necessary to prevent the
Reply To Email - Outbound Call
workflow from firing unexpectedly. Again, this update only applies if you've imported the Voice/Conversational AI snapshot, which is separate from the main SmartDirectoryAI snapshot.
