I find it odd for search bar to default to search by business name when people don't know business name yet in SDAI when first arriving.

I want to change the text INSIDE the search bar but can't find it anywhere under branding in SDAI.

ie. The default search bar is "Search by Business name or Tag...".

I want "Search by City" so it brings up all their local city businesses. This is more appropriate given context and gives multi-city directories a bit of geol-location feature naturally.

People don't search by business name and don't know what a tag is. They may search by city or keyword, eg. city or food.
