The title says it all. Why not remove the consumer feature of leaving a review, because these businesses should have reviews on Google for the consumer to use? That way when they go to claim their listing, they always claim it; rather than sign up as consumer thinking everything is good but the abandoned their business listing and not claim it. I know the review feature seems important, but when its existence interrupts with people claiming their listing properly and then the directory owner is forced to try and hunt them to get them to claim it properly, it just adds to the headaches directory owners have; especially the new people.
