When you click on show all featured listings, the order they are shown in is not the same order as how they are listed in the reorder section. Most notably, the ones that are featured on the homepage do not even show in the first 6 in all featured listings.

Two problems I see here as well. If there is a category or sub-category with no listings, it just shows "No Listings" and the filter is not still at the top of the page so a person has to go all the way back to start over. This is cumbersome.
Secondly, on the Category and sub-category pages, there are no filters or search functionality. When you have a lot of listings, this is extremely cumbersome. 
Also, Premium listings should ALWAYS show first in any category or subcategory. Whether you split it into premium and free sections or whatever, the default sort on the front end of the site should always show paid accounts before free accounts.
