I suggest a feature to make claimed listing be easier to view in the back end. These are hot leads in the directory and should be easy to view with just a click. I can see claim requests, consumers and those who have claimed a listing but not specifically what business listing was claimed after it is approved. I then have to look at their email and see what domain they are signing up from to know what business in theirs. Also applying a tag "claimed listing" to the business contact listing that it was claimed and a link to the individual who claimed the business. Regarding the automation, they should be taken out of the free listing automation email sequence automatically and placed into a new claimed listing automation. In this automation I typically may offer a FREE business audit and/or free trial for GHL. There is also a bug cause the individual creating an account to claim their listing and the business itself, typically have the same email and / or phone number and GHL does not allow duplicate contacts.
