Mid tier plan work flow?

I’m in the process of setting up my directory (Cincy Connect), and I’ve hit a bit of a snag with the upgrade workflows.
Right now, when a user chooses to upgrade their listing, the system doesn’t seem to distinguish between the Plus and Premium plans — they both trigger the same workflow. Since we haven’t launched yet, no one’s been affected, but I’m trying to get everything dialed in before we go live.
As a temporary workaround, I’m manually tagging or segmenting people based on their choice after the fact, but obviously that’s not ideal once things scale.
If there’s a way to trigger different workflows depending on the selected plan, that would solve the issue. Even being able to attach custom workflows to the upgrade buttons or paths would go a long way, especially since we’re planning to offer different services with each tier.
