Premium Listings over Free Listings

Once a Free Listing is switched to Premium, it sits in the same position in its respective Business Tag / Category. 
Is there a way to make all Premium Listings "live" above the Free Listings to make them more Premium? lol 
I think this would be an easy fix to make within SDAI, yes?

Believe they can be manually moved/reordered now. from the Businesses page. But a sorting feature etc verses trying to drag it to the top would be stellar. It is a major pain now.

WOW! I think that would be awesome! The Premium Listings would be the first listings seen after clicking on a category/tag...?
