URGENT! Plan Subscription Options Broken

Currently, when someone goes to purchase a paid plan, the selector changes the price between monthly and annual at the top.
When you click the Buy button, it shows both prices, asks for card information, but does not differentiate between whether someone is buying monthly or annual. You cannot allow people to have no idea what they are purchasing. For all intents and purposes, it looks like it will ALWAYS charge monthly instead of whatever they have selected.
This needs to be fixed ASAP! It should show the pricing after they click buy based on the selector chosen worst case scenario and charge that amount. A better option would be to have a radio button that allows them to select monthly or annual. The best option would be to connect those to a product created within GHL to allow us more control over managing the pricing and payments.

Yes I have put our site live and checked this out and it's a big issue.
I don't understand how the charging will work properly. Once someone puts in their card details how does the SDAI back end know whether to charge them monthly or annually?
