Whether you're a Consumer who wants to sign-up or claim a business, the current Create an Account workflow doesn't appear to work as new users can't provide a password when they sign-up. And, the need a password to sign-in when they come back. Even the fallback Forgot Password feature fails to send an email to the person who signed-up.
  1. Create an Account – there's no Password field
  2. Sign In – asks for Password
  3. Forget Password – Email is not sent
